Um yep I keep reading about the Master Cleanse. Have you actually done it? I have read that you have to do laxatives every day with it, which is very daunting to me. I mean, if the drink itself works as a laxative, that’s one thing, but I think that may be my limit. I want to know if it’s even worth doing if you just replace all of your meals with it.
