If you look up the Master Cleanse and do it the gross but probably more effective laxative way it will probably work better. I can't be using laxatives on the daily when I have a sex life to maintain. I was told that page rank has to do with mostly incoming and outcoming links. The more links to and from your blog that are relevant to the rest of your blog the better. So, try to post outbound links when you're just writing normal posts. Also, I've heard that having a 'Site Map' or just making sure all of your pages can move between each other helps when an automated client searches.
