You always have to take into consideration that in any media network out there, there is the so-called “business decision” and it involves creating a show that would generate a hype or buzz may it be good or not. Imagine the game shows that both giant networks have, they decided to franchise such shows not for the fact that those shows are really good, but it generates buzz, hypes, that in turn generates mass viewing from the public ergo market share and income…

Compare it to say a very good indie/indy show, with good plots, great performance and all the elements that would make it great… but only a minuscule amount of public watches it, would you think it would last on air???

networks are in the business not only to provide quality works but also to generate income.. its a business after all…

giving an insightful critique would be helpful/good, but dissing and ranting about one’s work makes you go where?

a lot of words had been thrown at this thread, like pretentious and cheap… come to think of it do you really believe that in some way or another you had never been one of those two??? Filipinos, youth are very well known for this….
