I told myself that I was going to skip out on the consumerism this Christmas season and not even attempt to collect stickers for this year’s Starbucks planner. I was simply looking forward to the holiday drinks, specifically my yearly favorite Peppermint Mocha. Because as superficial as it may sound, the sight of red cups never fail to get me in a festive Christmas mood.
And then yesterday, Starbucks fanatico Gel plurked that they replaced my drink with something new: Dark Cherry Mocha. I was slightly disappointed but since I’m a big fan of cherries and mocha is my favorite coffee flavor, I got over it pretty quickly ;)
A little too quickly, actually, cos I made a Starbucks run last night and got myself a nice hot tall dark cherry mocha:

Oh dear, here we go again. My last ‘bucks planner was from 2006. At least this time around, you only need to complete 16 stickers (and the first one is on Starbucks). Fourteen more to go!
This year’s holiday featured beverages:
- Dark Cherry Mocha
- Toffee Nut Latte
- Praline Mocha
I’d love to have Cinnamon Dolce, Gingerbread Latte, and Pumpkin Spice added to the holiday mix in the coming years.
Now if there was a sticker card to get free Harley parts, ya?

I’m getting the notebook from Coffee Bean myself, wala pang magnanakaw nun. Last year stickers ko ninakaw sa loob pa mismo nang Starbucks.
I never really got into that Starbucks craze … and I’ve never heard of those planners. Are they just collector’s stuff or do you win prizes (like McD’s Monopoly)?

I think you can order those drinks all-year round. Just tell them and they’ll make it for you. Well, I don’t know how it is in the Philippines but I order Peppermint Mocha in the middle of June. lol

Oooh! I love Peppermint Mocha too! I’m not a big fan of Starbucks, or coffee, for that matter. But I had fun helping out my friends get their stickers.

I love the xmas flavors the most. I cant remember if they have the little quotes on them. I loves those ones
