Day 1 – A photo of yourself and a description of how your day was.

Today, I finished The Perks of Being a Wallflower (well, early this morning). I woke up on time (a little past 9am), showered, had breakfast (banaba herbal tea, yogurt, and cigarettes), made my lunch (tomato and cheese omelet, and beef sirloin strips) and I was right on time— no delays, no laziness, none of that let-me-lie-down-on-my-couch-for-a-bit business. I still ended up late for work because I didn’t have anything to wear (I badly need some vintage t shirts and new jeans) and because I had to take this photo. Heh.
Tonight, I’m doing Pure Cardio which is my favorite workout from Insanity. It’s INSANE (while stretching after warming up, Shaun T mentions that the workout scares him) but I love it because it isn’t repetitive. Once you’re done with one set/exercise, you never have to see/do it again. I’m also supposed to do Cardio Abs right after but I am usually too spent for it. I know I should make up for it by doing it on Sundays but I get too lazy.
