Can you guess who I went as?
(Hipster Hitler and Spongebob Squarepants sans the mask behind me)
I’m Helga Hannah Montana! I don’t know why I decided to go all out this year but I’m glad I did.
Blonde wig – Lynelle Hair (PHP720; it makes me weep how it’s a tangled mess right now because I got drunk and danced to the bands. I need to comb through it because I refuse to throw this away after one use!)
Dress – SM Department Store. Teens’ section, an XL. It was a little loose around the waist but the L was a bit too short for me.
Pink half-glove/fingerless gloves – Saizen
White boots – Lovely Shoes
AND YES, I DID NOT IRON MY DRESS. Like lolz hu dus dat.
I decided not to wear a belt because I didn’t want anything constricting my midsection!
Krys went/dressed as Effy Stonem from Skins.
Hipster Hitler, Carwash Girl, Daria, Hannah Montana, Charlie Chaplin, and Basha (One More Chance)
Bumped into some college blockmates!
Tin refusing to let anyone else hold the Polaroid photo.
I got sooooooo drunk that I can’t even remember what I was doing during Pedicab’s set. My wig was such a mess, too, and kept sliding back, creating short and funny-looking bangs. I didn’t feel like falling in line for the washroom to fix it so I would crouch under our table and do a haphazard attempt at it. Really embarrassing!
Note to self: wig caps and NOT hairnets! I totally forgot to get a wig cap when I went to the mall on Friday to get my gloves so I had to make do with a hairnet. Not a good idea, not a good look. I had to Photoshop it out in some photos!
Halloween will always be my favorite holiday and I love how friendly and fun people are! Case in point: this kid dressed as Aladdin who gladly let us take photos with him AND touch his abs! Adorable.
(Had to cover my HERP DERP I’M DRUNK face.)
More photos on my Facebook (we have to be friends, of course). You can check out Marbs’s (he went as a homeless hippie) entries here and here; David’s (he went as Edward Cullen) here; and Ren’s (lol, Corporate Bitch) here, for more photos.
I hope everyone had a blast over the weekend! I know I did!

The Aladdin dude kind of looks like Penn Badgley. :)

[...] for the boots— you get what you pay for. The pair cost $12.25 and I wore them to Meiday Mayhem last Halloween where I was mostly on my feet. They hurt. Not the pinchy kind of hurt but the the soles [...]
[...] Last year, I donned a blonde wig and went as Hannah Montana. The wig was a major mistake; I think I spent PHP1500 for it and ended up only wearing it that night. This year, I decided to keep things simple and opt to dress up according to my hair. [...]
