Lunch at Restaurant 101

Last Saturday’s Discover Cuisine event ended with lunch at Restaurant 101 where we were treated to a three-course lunch. Restaurant 101 is Enderun’s application restaurant, thus the name. Cute, noh?

I wish my white balance wasn’t off because the salmon was seriously the prettiest shade of pink I have ever seen!

Chicken Basquaise, with Stewed Sweet Peppers and Bayonne Ham

A trifecta of awesome, to be honest. The chicken was super tender and those potato slices were the perfect kind of buttery.

Dessert was the main attraction (at least for me)…

Louis XV

CAN I JUST SAY HOW SPECIAL I FEEL TO HAVE EATEN THIS PRALINE BAR OF PERFECTION??? There are only two restaurants in the world that serves this— Restaurant 101 and Le Louis XV in Monte-Carlo.
