Happy day! My fiber intake is up to 28g today! It was at 12g yesterday and ZERO the day before that. I’ve been consuming more calories, too, but I’m chalking that up to my impending dot.

What have I eaten today and how can I improve on it? I need to stop with the canned tuna (high sodium), lay off the ciabatta bread (delicious, but not very filling), and give up bacon. Oh, who am I kidding, I’m never giving up bacon.
