(I know that croutons aren’t exactly healthy but I’m attracted to anything fattening, so…)
Oddly enough, regular soy milk tastes just like unsweetened soy milk, but with more calories (and sugar!). I’m going back to Vitasoy unsweetened after this carton.
I’m still eating breakfast, I’m still struggling with it. I can’t believe something as simple as PUTTING FOOD IN YOUR STOMACH can be such a chore for me. I’d honestly rather spend my mornings sipping my coffee while looking at spa covers. I’m also done with the no-rice silliness and my sissy light breakfasts and have opted to go big. I am limiting myself to rice in the mornings (save for cheat days aka this Friday because we’re eating at Chic-Boy!). Boyfran told me to follow this rule: carbs for breakfast*, protein for lunch, fiber for dinner. Makes sense, works for me, etc.
My hair is a
hot mess! I’m still growing it out so I can have it shaved again (properly this time).
*When I don’t feel like eating rice so early in the day, I will be referring to this list of tasty and healthy breakfast ideas.
