Meet Cow!
Look at this little guy! He’s one of our Panda’s puppies and my dad brought him over this morning for a visit and to possibly keep at the apartment. We decided on the latter, so now I have to get him a leash and a collar. Does anyone know where I can find glittery collars?!
His name is Cow because, well, he looks like a cow. I shall be calling him Cowdude, Cowbaby, Cowbell, etc etc.
A Few Things, In Bullet Form
Squeezing in a quick blog entry before I have to pack my stuff and leave the office. I wish I could say that reason for my staying this late (it’s past 8pm) was due to overtime but I’d be lying. I slept in this morning and didn’t get to my desk ’til a quarter before noon. Hey, at least I wasn’t late (and those old Hannah Montana episodes were totally worth staying up for).
Font Love: Bebas Neue
Today, I decided to get started on my portfolio and failed. Truthfully, I started feeling sorry for myself and got sidetracked looking for scanner software.
Anyway, I was looking for a free font similar to Cheap Pine or Hadrian Bold or Prison Press (minus the spatters) to use and found Bebas Neue. It’s like a skinny Helvetica Neue and I love how clean and solid it is.
Unremarkable
…is how I’ve been feeling these days. Like I’ve lost my muchness. Perhaps growing up and maturing (and I use the term “maturing” loosely) are to blame but I can’t stand to think or accept that maybe, I’ve lost my spark, too. Or— if I even had a spark at all*! Excuse me while I dive into a neurotic rant in the next (few) paragraphs:
