Believe it or not, I only started doing my banking online late last year. Prior to that, I always dreaded my bills’ due dates because it was such a hassle having to go to the bank, filling up forms, and queuing up just to pay. I have no idea what took me so long to “discover” this big convenience. It sure makes my life easier!

Last month, I placed an order with wholesale shoe seller, Lovely Shoes. These boots were one of four pairs that I got and unfortunately, I neglected to go a size up. When it comes to boots, I think it’s always best to go one size bigger to give room for socks and space for your toes to wiggle around.
Several people expressed interest in buying these boots from me but honestly, I would feel bad taking anyone’s money for these. While Lovely Shoes offers really cute and trendy shoes for cheap (this pair was 20USD), the quality is kind of dodgy and questionable. They’re definitely not for walking.
So I’m giving away this pair!

Some time last year, I ordered two 88ml jars of La Riche Directions hair dye in Pastel Pink and attempted to get pink tips. Unfortunately, it was my first (well, second) time bleaching my hair so I didn’t get a pale enough base for the light pink to show through.
It’s been a while and I’ve since learned how to get my hair a pale blonde. I still had a jar left and I didn’t want to put it to waste so I thought I’d go pastel pink after Halloween.

I wish I hadn’t.

Last Sunday, the lovely girls from Accessorize Philippines in cooperation with (what a silly and formal thing to say) the girls from Bloggers United (Melai and Ana) launched Accessorize’s annual thanksgiving bag sale. I usually spend my weekends burrowed in my couch, catching up on my TV shows but it was a four-day weekend and I thought taking a break from swooning over Peter Bishop would do me some good.

Totally swipped this photo from the Accessorize page.
Persia Grill (Sky Garden, SM North EDSA) was hoppin’~* with pretty ladies that afternoon. Throw a bunch of female bloggers together and you basically get an endless loop of people snapping one photo after the other. It’s really cute and pretty amusing seeing the curious stares we were attracting from people walking past the restaurant. One dude actually got his phone out and snapped his own photo of us.

I needed something quick for Casa Nami’s Halloween Sing-ALong Party last Monday*; one that did not require sewing, a baby jogger city versa, body paint, or spending more than 100 pesos. I’ve always wanted to go as a Sim so I figured I could do some origami and make a plumbob.
* I don’t sing… ever. Unless drunk and surrounded by people who will not judge me for my terrible singing voice. I usually go to these things because it’s fun to sing along… from the audience.
