For our bridesmaid dresses, Klassy was totally chill about the whole thing. She just told us “peach but more orange than pink” and left it up to us to pick our style, fabric etc. I am very grateful for that because that I now have a dress that suits my body (I would be super horrified if say, she wanted us to be in strapless dresses) and can wear again.
Dress: custom. Tights: We Love Colors. Shoes: Carmelettes.
The bangles and flower pin are from Landmark while the floral cocktail ring was one of Klassy’s gifts to the bridesmaids (she also got us our tights).
Unedited colors.
FUNNY THING ABOUT THESE SHOES. Two days before the wedding, I decided to head out and look for shoes. Klassy asked us what color we wanted, like, last year and we settled on gold shoes (or anything glittery). Pretty, right? Unfortunately, I could not find a decent pair of gold shoes at Landmark. You see, I am very picky about the shoes I buy now. I take public transportation and do a lot of walking so I tend to stick to flats and wedges. The non-gaudy gold shoes I came across all had stiletto heels and that’s just not going to work for me. I settled on these white Jeffrey Campbell Foxy Wood dupes and got two bottles of washable glitter glue.
The glitter started peeling while we were taking these photos.
Jason Magbanua commented that they looked fine, sort of distressed (he was taking detail shots of our tights and shoes). I thought “Well, it’s not like anyone’s going to be paying attention to us anyway. All eyes on Klassy later.” In the end, I’m glad I packed my glittery green flats from Vincci because I ended up wearing them. They matched my dusty green tights perfectly.
The officiator also forgot to have the guests sit down (he said it wasn’t in the script haha) so we were all standing up throughout the entire ceremony!
Finally got to sit down lol.
Sanya took my photos, made my coffee, and allowed me to boss her around.
The wedding was fantastic but that’s for another entry!

It looks like a very relaxed wedding. Your hair color looked great with the peach.

Ahhhhhh, Helga you are the cutest! REALLY digging the light, soft dress and the baby blue stockings that comes with it.
I remember having to wear a strapless dress when I was a bridesmaid for my sister’s wedding AND for one of my closest friends. It was horrible! I have no boobs so the dress kept on slipping. Most of my time spent in both the weddings was pulling up the dress constantly.
