I’ve been meaning to do this since last year, when I first saw it on Working Out & Eating In. I never got around to doing it because 1) I always forget to take photos on Tuesdays (the day before) or Wednesdays (the day of, obviously) and 2) I have terrible and embarrassing eating habits (which you will see today). But… #YOLOL.
For brunch, I had a quinoa cake, a poached egg, and instant coffee (cry) with milk. I can never poach eggs properly, despite reading Smitten Kitchen’s tutorial and practicing like, eight times. I’m adding it to the list of things I will never understand/figure out (along with local soap opera plots, Nickelback’s existence, and mullet skirts).
This was yummy and gave me enough sustenance for the next seven/eight hours (or maybe I’m just really good at pretending I’m not hungry). I broke a Skinny Rule for my next meal by drinking my calories.

I didn’t feel like figuring out what to cook for dinner so I opted for fried tofu aka my to-go food:
Food-wise, today sucked. Seriously, I need to eat better. I may or may not eat Crumpy on bread after this entry, too.
