A couple of Wednesdays ago, I made my way to the new Pino & Pipino branch (located at 38 Jupiter Street) to hang out with a few bloggers, the Punchdrunk Panda team, and some of the artists they collaborated with for their latest collection.
I’m a little amused because my hair is no longer pastel pink and Jonver’s is no longer black! I bleached and dyed his hair Blood Red last Friday.

All skimmers come with a postcard with a note from the artists and theirs was my favorite!

Manix Abrera and his camera strap, Shutterbug. He also designed a pair of men’s skimmers called Light Years!
Alessandra is a super talented graphic designer and watercolorist and is also one of the folks behind Pino, Pipino, and Burger Project.
I was joking that the Blogger Hangout was actually a press-con/Fans Day for Manix because everyone was getting stuff signed by him.
I was last to arrive at Pino (I BLAME DA HEAT) so I only got to take photos of two of the four appetizers served that day.
I love Pino’s creativity, transforming the very pedestrian balat-ng-manok into something so… sosy.
It also seems that they made a few tweaks to the Nori cheese sticks because this is what they looked like the last time I had them!
The Jupiter branch houses Pino, Pipino (100% vegetarian restaurant), and The Burger Project. Pino and Pipino are open daily from 11am-2pm, and 5pm onwards. Burger Project is open daily from 11am til midnight. Interesting fact I learned that day: you can order Pipino dishes from Pino but not the other way around! Totally no animal products allowed in the Pipino part of the restaurant.
I shall be giving away Punchdrunk Panda GCs in a few days so keep an eye out for that. Hope you can join!
