A couple of weeks ago, I attended an intimate dinner with the Neutrogena Philippines team for the launch of the Neutrogena online store. Finally! I am HUGE on online shopping; this month alone, I’ve spent over PHP5000 (!!!) alone on eBay, Multiply, and other web stores (thank you, 13th month bonus). These days, it takes a lot to coax me into leaving my apartment. I love shopping but I hate dealing with traffic, crowds, and queues so I’m really glad that my favorite skin care brand has made it easier for me.
Using the Neutrogena Philippines online store is really easy— you just need a Facebook account and a credit card/Paypal account. They are working on a bank deposit option, too.
Here’s a quick guide:
Step 1: Like Neutrogena Philippines on Facebook and then click on Buy Now to access the app.
Step 2: Connect your Facebook account to the Lish by Payvment app.
Step 3: Click on your name for the dropdown menu and select Settings to change your currency to PHP.
Step 4: GO SHOP! Add your shipping address and then continue shopping or, if you’re done, go to checkout.
While browsing the store, I immediately noticed a few of my favorite Neutrogena products— namely, Hydro Boost Water Gel With SPF 30 PA++ and Fine Fairness BB Cream— missing. The store catalog is a bit limited right now as new products have an exclusive one-year contract with Watsons. Omar, Neutrogena’s brand manager, informed us that the BB Cream will be available online in February. Good thing I still have enough to last me until then!
I picked up the following products:
Left to right: Hydro Boost Essence (for use under the Hydro Boost Water Gel), Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Sunblock, and Ultra Sheer Complete UV Moisture (the final step in my skin care regimen). I obviously love my sunblock!
