Slow Carb week #2 and I went off track by cheating both Saturday and Sunday (I did not pig out, though, especially since “bad food” tasted revolting) and then had an unscheduled cheat day yesterday. I’m convincing myself that no one loses weight/inches in 1.5 weeks and that I shouldn’t give up.
