Food Diary: What I Ate Wednesdays // 3

It’s been nearly a year since my last Food Diary/What I Ate Wednesdays post. That’s pretty unacceptable for someone who foodstagrams all the damn time (I’m Asian, okay)!

Anyway, my brother left for Abu Dhabi today and by the time I woke up (around 7am), they had already left for the airport LOL. Faffed about in bed a bit and managed to fall asleep until 1pm. Oops.

One guapple in cane vinegar and rock salt and baby carrots. I usually start my day with unsweetened calamansi juice but we were out of calamansi today.

Mmm mmm. A fried egg, bacon, salsa, and ricotta.

Three chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. This wasn’t very satisfying.

Torta (eggplant omelet) and three little galunggongs (mackerel scad).

More guapple and two hard-boiled eggs.

Despite all the food I ate today, I am still hungry! I’m chalking it up to my period possibly coming in four days.

    Omg Helga this post actually inspired me to have a healthy diet. I was like ‘If she can do it, I can too!’ My legs are getting bigger and bigger each day and all those tempting fattening foods are just everywhere whenever I plan my diet. -.-

      @Red, Just try to avoid rice! It’s what I’m doing :)

        @Helga, Does avoiding rice really work? I’m pretty sure I can cut rice out of my diet but I’m too weak to stop eating fattening junk food :(

      @Trish, Not anymore! I stopped because I wanted to eat fruit.

      But it does work, just a bit slower for women (especially if you aren’t obese).

    I’ve been trying to avoid rice, too, but I would wake up one day missing it. Too bad! :(
