This is pretty much my standard breakfast. I wake up and there’s two hard-boiled eggs on the table and the pseudo-bacon is cooking on the stove. My dad, who makes my breakfast and lunch, asked me this morning why I’m not sick of it by now. Truth is, I am; but it’s simple and has what I need— protein and fat.


Pork tenderloin, raw carrots, sauteed bean sprouts. I actually saved the bean sprouts for an afternoon snack.


A Krispy Kreme Salted Caramel donut =/ I’ve started tracking my food via MyFitnessPal again and this bumped up my yesterday’s carbs and sugar consumption.

And then I did circuit training for the second day in a row (after a two week break lol). Afterwards, I tried the Battle Ropes for a few seconds. I googled some workouts last night so I’m looking forward to adding a set or two of Battle Ropes after circuit training tonight. Cropped out my face because it’s U-G-L-Y.
