I’ve been getting really annoying anxiety attacks right before bedtime but no one wants to read about that. Here’s life lately, according to my iPhone.

– Separated at birth. Right??? Sadly, we only got to acquire two of the Super Mario Happy Meal toys during its run. I really wanted Princess Peach but she was sold out at the Market Market branch its last day.

– Summer in the city. Cheap ass sunnies from eBay and Para Mi Bebe to keep my scalp from smelling like… well, scalp. I walk from Market Market to my office everyday, YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.

– Saguijo bathroom graffiti/#mirrorselfie. Joey’s band, Halik ni Gringo, had a gig last week. He gets pretty intense when he’s onstage and I wish I had a photo of him to post instead, but he asked me to take videos that night.

– Sweetiebelle. This darling cat went missing late last year but found her way home in March. The other night, Girliecat (who disappeared shortly after Sweetiebelle did) showed up on our porch (but skittered away before I could grab her). I am now convinced that our other missing cats (Boycat and Negritocat) have found a second home with our neighbor a few houses down the street from us. I am okay with this… as long as it’s not Freakiecat!

– Afternoon sun. I am all cellulite and bruises.

– Katsuuuuuuu. My favorite. I have my rice refilled, like, 5 times. If there is one food I can eat for the rest of my life, it would be Japanese rice. WHY IS IT SO GOOD??? ♥

– Sleepovers. This guy is so nice to wake up next to.

– Summer flowers. Next to roses, bougainvilleas are my favorite flowers. I really want to get into gardening and specifically grow those two but it seems super complicated!

– Little Miss Freakie. Look at her, checking her email!

– Kindle x Washi Tape. I’ve been trying to read more and I’ve been trying to read more substantial books. Luckily, Joey has a bunch of books for Real Persons in his Kindle so I picked up The Accidental Creative: How to Be Brilliant at a Moment’s Notice today. I hope it helps me get my shit together.

– BGC Life. It’s been over a month since we moved offices. The commute is better but I hate how limited my food choices are. I miss the bagnet at PBCOM’s Food Patio!

– Merienda. Pie, muffin, cupcake, and coffee from Mom & Tina’s while re-reading Halik Ni Gringo’s feature in last month’s Pulp.
