Do you love squats? I frikken love squats. They’re my favorite “workout.”
But I don’t do them enough and as often as
I’d like I need to. My current ass is testament to that, and it’s not like I’m doing anything about it. I’m super lazy these days and it doesn’t help that I have a desk job. I can also come up with 88 different excuses on why I can’t dedicate 15-20 minutes a day to working out. (It’s a talent.)
So praise high heavens for apps like the 30 Day Squat Challenge!
You know all those Tumblr/Pinterest workout challenges? Well, it’s like that but as a convenient app! I like how you can only see as far as the next day for the number of squats you have to do. I wish it came with an alarm, though. It took me 2 days after I downloaded it to do Day 1 because I kept forgetting I had the app.
Of course, in true Helga fashion, I stopped after Day 1 because my thighs were so sore that I couldn’t walk properly (let alone do a proper squat). I’m restarting tomorrow and no quitting this time.
Do you have this app? Can you tell me how many squats I have to do on Day 30? JK, please don’t, I don’t want to be discouraged.
