The Sunday Currently // 8

Last night, I saw a co-worker at Black Market so I went up to her, said hi, and bussed her on the cheek. It was a stranger.

Attachments by Rainbow Rowell. I am sort of bored??? This is my third Rowell book and I found Fangirl and Eleanor & Park to be just okay reads.

Is terrifying. It’s what I do for a living and it TERRIFIES me. I also tend to paralyze myself by over-thinking things.

Passively to the evening news in the background.

Of this week’s food goals and how I can eat better.

Food cooking! My mom’s making fried galunggong and sweet potato tops for dinner. A nice break from my last two meals: a can of Vienna sausage before rolling into bed drunk at 4am and Hot and Spicy Spam for lunch.

This iOS 8 update goes smoothly. I left my laptop on all night last night downloading it so I could update today without having to delete a bunch of shit and lo…

I have such bad luck with Apple update things. I had to get rid of half of my camera roll, Facebook, Twitter, Messages, Viber, and Spotify just to free up 5GB of space.

It doesn’t take me too long to get freelance work out of the way tonight so I can settle in with newly-downloaded TV shows before the work week begins.

A night dress I’ve had for 11 years.

I have two shirts I’ve had since I was 5; they’re nearly transparent and are starting to unravel at the seams. I hope they last another five years because they are my favorite sleeping shirts.

Nat Geo’s 90s party was such a blast and it was pretty fantastic seeing everyone dance in sync. I miss the baduy 90s so much.

More Uniqlo Modal Sweat Pants. I have a pair in black and they are the best. I’m also excited for the Helmut Lang x Uniqlo #FlawlessSweats. UNIQLO PHILIPPINES BETTER BRING THIS CAPSULE COLLECTION IN.

I wear sweats because I’m too fat for jeans and have given up on life.

To stop putzing around and get work done.

Anxious, which is always the case on Sunday nights! Is anyone ever prepared for Mondays?

Buuuuuut I enjoyed Attachments (although I think I liked Eleanor & Park better). I’m not complaining though. I think it all depends on preferences. For me, I like Rowell’s books because I can relate to her characters (forever socially awkward haha).

I still haven’t updated my iPod Touch to iOS8, too! I thought I was able to download and install it successfully last night. Apparently not. Doing it again tonight. XD

I know they think it’s ‘baduy,’ but the 90’s is so awesome, I’d like to have it back.

I feel the same with Fangirl. It’s an entertaining read but not mindblowingly good, maybe because at several scenes I get annoyed with the lead character (but it was nice to read about a character who’s not like me).

I suddenly miss Spam. Haha. It may not be healthy, but it’s comfort food to me. :)

P.S. Uniqlo has nice sweat pants pala.
