Seventeen The Sunday Currentlies down, 83 more to go. Gosh, this gets so boring!
Currently on a reading break because last week was all about work and sleep. As soon as I have some free time, I need to start on Why We Broke Up and The Post-Birthday World— books I’ve had in my library for a while now.
My May blog calendar. I need less The Sunday Currentlies and more purposeful, useful stuff.
To Spotify’s Hanging Out and Relaxing playlist. I hate to admit this because I hate John Mayer, but I am liking Wildfire. I looked it up just now and learned it came out in 2013??? I heard it for the first time last week haha.
Of New York City!!! I had the STRANGEST dream the other night: Joey and I moved to NYC and we lived in this large, yet creepy-haunted unit owned by Lena Dunham on a bad part of town. We’d look out the windows and straight into the next-door neighbor’s home office.
Ivory soap on my hands.
It weren’t 10PM on a Sunday. Joey and I slept the whole day and only woke up 2 hours ago. Kinda feel like shit but I’m happy that I got to rest. I just hope I don’t have a hard time sleeping later. I’m hesitant to take Sleepasil and Sleepy Time Tea because I might end up sleeping through my 615AM alarm.
This work week goes easy on us. I haven’t been stricken by work-related anxiety in months and I am very very thankful for that. I remember staying up all night having anxiety attacks when I still used to be in social media, and I constantly fear that they’d come back one day.
My ratty, 24-year old Helga shirt and gray underwear. I need to take a shower in a bit.
My Suesh Clipless Curling Iron. I gave Lazada PH another chance this month and got the items I ordered within six days! I’ve been meaning to blog about it (because they were super nice to me when they sorted out that whole catastrophe last January) but I have yet to take my spiral slicer home from the office.
A new dog. Joey and I kind of want a Yorkie but I have conflicting feelings about buying a dog (especially from breeders) when so many babies out there need rescuing.
A new phone or a new phone battery. I can’t use my iPhone 5C anymore unless it’s connected to a power source. The battery’s bloated, too, because the LCD is kind of raised. Ugh, I’ve only had this phone for 13 months!
Hungry. I’m posting this entry and then burrowing under my blanket with Scandal and the refrigerator cake I made last week.
