    Ahh, yess. I started the change when I thought there’s something wrong with my body. The results negative though, but it impacted my life positively. I stopped eating at fastfood. I eat there like twice a month instead of twice a week. I cook more. I do Zumba and Yoga and I eat fruits na. It isn’t an easy change, but I am enjoying it. But, it costs me more though. Fruits are more expensive. And there’s the gym fee, but I gotta do ’em.

    Eating healthy is probably the hardest for me. I find it hard to resist sweets, soda and carbs. I should make it a habit. I hate exercising too but Zumba really is fun. THanks for the tips!

    It’s always easier said than done; it does take a complete lifestyle overhaul to make things work. I started doing myself a favor when I had a reality check at the doctor’s office a few weeks ago. Still struggling, but at least I’m making baby steps. Anyway, these are all great tips, Helga!

    Sometimes you have to keep drilling these things into your head until it becomes a habit. It takes a long time to develop a healthy lifestyle, but when you do it slowly and avoid extreme diets and extreme lifestyle changes, it’s much more sustainable. I’m pretty happy with my relaxed and easy going approach to staying healthy and fit (aka, I indulge on a regular basis and only do exercise that I enjoy).
