Happy New Year, everyone! I know I’m late but that’s because the last few days leading up to the new year were a bit crazy (obviously, a ton of alcohol was involved). I hope everyone had a blast ringing in 2012! I know I did and Tara said it perfectly when she said we ended the night by dying.

As with blog tradition (I missed 2008, though), I am writing down my resolutions/goals/game plan for the upcoming year.

Learn how to manage my time properly, focus, and be more motivated, productive and organized. Most of the time, I feel like I have so much going on when it’s really just Facebook apps keeping me busy. I’m kidding (sort of). I need to trim the fat; this means less Castleville (my Facebook game of the moment), less TV show marathons, and less oversleeping (or sleeping, basically). I purchased a planner recently (and actually started using it last night) and downloaded the Evernote app to help me out.

1) Tiff comes up with the best blog entries and I’m hoping she doesn’t feel slighted by my blatantly ripping her off.

2) My eyes are so so tired. Between two-full time jobs (job #2 is shiny new and this set-up is only temporary) and freelance work, I spend about 12-16 hours a day online or on a computer. It’s also kind of a miracle I don’t need glasses (yet) considering both my parents have bad eyesight.

Tiny Tower.
Yet another iPhone app (it’s free!) that has sucked me in and brought my productivity down to -28.

28 floors since Friday.

If you have an iPhone or iPod and don’t have Tiny Tower yet… what are you waiting for?! I have not been this addicted since Game Dev Story, Hot Springs Story, and the Dashes (Diner, Wedding, etc). Hopefully, this will keep me occupied until Kairosoft releases their latest game, Grand Prix Story, for the iPhone.

♥ Seeing Miley Cyrus live on June 17.

It’s no secret that I adore Miley Cyrus, not because I think her music is OMG AMAZING! but because… well, because she’s Miley. I took advantage of the Mother’s Day promotion Ticketnet had and saved about a thousand pesos on my Gold B ticket.

♥ Tara‘s birthday dinner at Crazy Katsu tonight. I love trying out new places.

♥ Getting my 50mm back. I dropped it off for repairs the day I got my haircut and I might be able to get it back this weekend. Finally!

♥ The weekend! Nothing planned but I want to go on a picnic, hang out at a playground and spend QT on swing sets, and maybe catch up on Games of Thrones and watch a bunch of old Olsen twins made-for-video movies.

I’m thinking of doing this a Monday/weekly thing!
