Busy Days Up Ahead…
And I couldn’t be more excited! And panicked. Excited and panicked! Not the kind of busy one should buy a planner for (it’s 2011, that’s why smartphones exist), but definitely the kind one has to learn how to manage time for (something I’ve been struggling with for over two decades now).
Find of the Week: Clear Colored Hair Claws
Hair claws aren’t exactly fashionable hair accessories. In fact, they’re kinda ugly, but I can’t live without them seeing that myy hair still isn’t long enough to put up in a bun and the left side of my head makes for awkward ponytails. For the past few months, I’ve been donning an obnoxious black claw, a total contrast to the last few hair colors I’ve had. I kept wishing for clear hair claws but I couldn’t seem to find any!
Until I went to this little side street in my neighborhood to stock up on hair claws (I drunkenly misplaced mine over the weekend) and look for RZR XP Accessories. They didn’t have black ones but they did have these!
No More Bibi
I know some of you are probably sick of me constantly yapping about Cowbaby (especially on Twitter) so this will be the last entry about him… for now. The little guy went back to my folks yesterday afternoon but he’ll probably be back in a couple of weeks! He’ll be shuttling back and forth the apartment and my folks’, for his sake.

Wow, my first TILT for the month of August! I am really bad at this.
♣♣♣ These photos by Arthur Shatz of high school fashions in 1969 from the Life Magazine photo archive. I saw these last night (click for more) and couldn’t help but feel an insane longing to have been part of that era. Meanwhile, here is a photo of my high school class taken during our junior year Ilocos trip. I blurred out my classmates but there I am in my awkward high school glory. Good thing you can’t really see me, heh, but you can kind of make out what I’m wearing.
(I still miss and will always love the 90s, though.)
